AIQ is an online education platform providing courses on artificial intelligence tools and creative applications. References to "AIQ", "we", "us" or "our" refer to the AIQ platform and its operators.

2. Accepting these terms

By registering for an account or accessing any content on AIQ, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use AIQ.

3. Your account

Account creation

You may create an account using your Google account, Facebook account or email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in abuse or misuse, or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Course access and content

AIQ provides access to educational course content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. Our courses are intended to help you develop skills using AI tools. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute or resell any course content without written permission
• Use course content to train commercial AI models or products
• Share your login credentials with others
• Screen-record or re-upload course videos to other platforms

5. User conduct

When using AIQ's community features, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, hateful or misleading
• Harass, threaten or impersonate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of AIQ
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt our systems

6. Intellectual property

All content on AIQ, including course videos, written materials, graphics and code examples, is owned by AIQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Your personal use of this content is permitted under these terms, but no broader licence is granted.

Any original work you create using skills learned from our courses remains your property.

7. Third-party tools and services

Our courses reference and demonstrate third-party AI tools such as Suno, Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs and others. AIQ has no affiliation with these companies and is not responsible for their services, pricing or availability. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms of service.

8. Disclaimers

AIQ courses are provided for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about income, career outcomes or results from applying the techniques taught. AI tools change rapidly and some course content may become outdated over time.

AIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or its content.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AIQ after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
