When you register, we collect your name and email address. If you sign up via Google or Facebook, we receive only the basic profile information you authorise through those platforms.

We collect information about which courses you access, how far through each lesson you progress, and your activity within community features. This helps us improve our content and personalise your experience.

We automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited. This is used for security, analytics and to ensure the platform works properly on your device.

If you contact us by email or use community features, we retain those communications in order to help you.

• Provide and operate the AIQ platform and courses
